Our goal at Sanctuary Church as a leadership team is to submit ourselves to the authority of Scripture and use our God-given talents for the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Richmond Howard | Lead Pastor
Richmond serves as the Lead Pastor and planter of Sanctuary Church. He is passionate about building a Spirit-led, disciple-making community rooted in God’s Word and prayer.
Jared Stavinoha | Ministry & Operations Coordinator
Jared has a deep passion for the church and is thrilled to see people and his city renewed through the gospel.
Ryan & Danielle Ford | Connections & Hospitality Team Lead
Ryan and Danielle have a heart for serving others and cultivating genuine community, desiring to reflect God’s love through hospitality and meaningful connection.
Oscar Jaimes | Setup Team Lead
Oscar is passionate about ministry and discipleship, driven by a desire to serve others selflessly and lead them closer to the living love of Jesus.
Advisory Board
Over the next few years, Sanctuary Church will be working towards raising up a plurality of qualified men who can serve as local elders to help carry out the ministry of word and prayer. We want men who meet the character qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and have a demonstrated track record within this new local church. We also want to follow the biblical wisdom of Paul to Timothy to not be too quick to raise up elders (1 Tim. 5:22). While we give time for elders to emerge, we will have an advisory board in place who will help give support, care, and accountability, while serving as a sounding board for the lead pastor.
Reid Squires | Lead Pastor of Sojourn Montrose and Acts 29 Houston Lead
Reid serves as the Lead Pastor of Sojourn Montrose and is the sub-regional director of Acts 29 Network in Houston.
Kylen Perry | Pastor of ThePorch at Watermark
Kylen Perry serves as the Executive Director of The Porch at Watermark in Dallas, TX.
Evan McCord | Internal Member of Sanctuary Church
Evan and his family are founding gospel partners of Sanctuary Church and serve in a number of areas, personally, he uniquely contributes in areas of stewardship and church governance.
